Montreal police have charged two additional suspects in the murder of Claudia Iacono, linked to organized crime.
Montreal: So, there’s been some serious drama in Montreal lately. Police just arrested two more folks in connection with the murder of Claudia Iacono, a 39-year-old woman who was shot outside her beauty salon back in May 2023.
Claudia wasn’t just any woman; she was the daughter-in-law of Moreno Gallo, a notorious mob boss who met his end in Mexico in 2013. Claudia was married to one of his sons, which adds a whole other layer to this story.
Now, they’ve charged Kalial Nesfield, 28, with first-degree murder, and Shaniqwa Parris, 31, is facing manslaughter charges. Both of them will be back in court soon.
When the police got to the scene that day, they found Claudia in her car, which had crashed into a building. It was a shocking sight, and sadly, she had already been shot.
This isn’t the first time charges have been laid in this case. Two others were charged earlier: Joel Richard Clarke in June and Tyranne Andre Greenidge in August, both for first-degree murder. They were caught in the Toronto area.
It’s a wild situation, and it’s still unfolding. We’ll have to keep an eye on how this all plays out.
