Mia, a three-legged puppy, is on the mend after a severe injury left her leg in bad shape. She’s now recovering and ready for a forever home soon.

Mia was surrendered to animal control because her owner couldn’t care for her anymore. Sadly, her leg had been fractured for months. The owner tried to wrap it up at home, but it got worse.
When Mia arrived at the shelter, her leg was in terrible shape. It was so infected that it literally fell off when they took off the bandages. That’s when Danny and Ron’s Rescue stepped in.
They rushed to get her and took her to their vet. Mia had surgery to remove the rest of her leg. But guess what? She’s recovering really well!
Mia is a sweet miniature poodle, just 14 months old. She’s full of love and ready to find her forever home soon. Right now, she’s healing and enjoying all the attention she gets. What a little fighter!
